No, it's because you have been conditioned into putting coins into jars regardless of their changing value over time.just like you've been conditioned to put ketchup on good tasty french fries or ice in already cold soda even though those things don't make any sense whatsoever. They are all examples of the Triumph of Irrational Mental Conditioning. We only realize how stupid certain things when we stop doing them but not before. Very often it takes someone else to point them out to us before we realize "why was I doing this?". next you will tell us why wearing white after Labor Day is sheer madness. |
