NASA to announce undeserving shuttle winners today

Today is the day when NASA is set to make it's announcement of where the retired Space Shuttle fleet is to locate. Look for cities that have either nothing to do with human spaceflight or had been a hindrance to the program.
Will the obvious choices of Florida, Texas, and one gulf state(Alabama) be ruled out?
