The only places hampering the space program are Marshall Spaceflight Center in Alabama and the ATK Thiokol plant in Utah. Unless your definition of spaceflight happens to be an enormous make-work project which ultimately accomplishes absolutely nothing. Obama's proposal for NASA's next authorization did more to advance American space exploration than any president since Kennedy, it's just too bad the Republicans in congress couldn't let go of their corporate welfare and pork. |
