I enjoy all of those things 365 days a year since I either ride public transportation to NYC and ride public transportation in the 4 boroughs, or when I do take my car, I visit areas that still do not have parking restrictions. Areas like Flatlands, Brooklyn or the "Kings Bay" section of Brooklyn, a few blocks south and east of Sheepshead Bay High School.
