Not to mention that the traffic patterns in the area are not conducive to stress-free driving, at least to my temperament.Which is why I prefer to drive to Roosevelt Field instead. Ever since they destroyed Queens Blvd by reducing the speed limit, deliberately uncoordinating the lights and disallowing left turns to the mall, forcing me to drive to Forest Hills in order to make a U-turn, I found it easier to just take the Grand Central to the Long Island Malls... As for public transit - there is no way I can carry my shopping home on that! |
