This is is a bad example as you are giving the example of something that is not only completely legal for most people here in New York (although you have to jump through hoops), but is also legal in another state, and there are no customs checkpoints between here and Virginia.Now change your example to cocaine or some other nationally illegal drug and see how well it works. |
