Typical politician.

She wanted responsibility and authority, but once she got it she doesn't know how to deal with it.

She will avoid going to the border for as long as she can.

Actually, this "condition" is not
limited to politicians. In my years at Chase I saw this a number of times, usually from people with high level college degrees (MBA etc). They get the managerial level position (at high pay) and don't stay long because they have no idea what they are doing (even though they have a staff well versed in what needs to be done).
