The human condition doesn't come through at all in a visit to the border. It's desolate land with a fence, and lots of law enforcement officers who now and then have brief spurts of intense activity, just like law enforcement officers everywhere.

Maybe in a visit to detention facilities, but I haven't heard anyone demand that Harris visit detention facilities.
