I was implying the rule change itself was the cheating, not voter fraud. Though if CA-25 is any indication the rule change might benefit Republicans, especially if Dem politicans have things locked down come election day.

Normies don't give a crap about politics. They watch their sportsball, go to bars, take trips to the beach and parks, and get haircuts. The messaging from the media is that Republicans want you to do those things (and that's bad!) while Democrats are keeping you safe from virus infected sand. So when the ballot appears in the mail in front of someone who doesn't care, the association is (R) = Freedom, (D) = house arrest.
