I was going to post a lengthy diatribe, including the NRA suddenly in favor of gun control once the Panthers showed up in the capitol in Sacramento in 1967. But then again, realized what the audience is here and it ain't worth my effort trying to make peace amongst bigots.

So I'll just go full OTchat and put it this way. Everyone's knees were knocking here over "Islamic terrorists", they can now quiver over a much larger population that might actually give them a run for their money if their insistence on not fixing anything, and praying for that "race war" with folks who are more likely to take out them and their popgun. This madness HAS to stop.

Sure hope some sanity prevails, but I'm sure not seeing any. At least here. At least it'll give them something else to worry about. All I can say is I'm glad I live where I live where the cops, AND the people are a whole lot saner than these other places. I'll leave it at that.
