Not if the "lumping" is based on actual shared similarities.

All white people benefit from white privilege, and it's not bigotry to point that out. Not all white people approve of said privilege or try to promote it, but many do.

All cops are subject to the same institutional conditions which lead to widespread corruption and malfeasance. Not all cops commit crimes, but they're all given the same incentive to.

More to the point, you are complaining that a member of an oppressed minority is "bigoted" against his own oppressors, which is not a valid complaint.
