You would have to ask the poor blacks why they CHOSE to be in the situation they are in now, in 2015. I'm not talking about the elderly. Don't you know, getting good grades and attending school and striving to be successful is "acting white"? We can't have THAT now, can we? Another reason is the systemic cradle-to-grave taxpayer-funded (me) money, housing, and medical care programs that the politicians gave to them (and others) in the 1960s, thus ensuring votes from certain "blocs". Such a system is not condusive to wanting to better yourself.

Stop doing the lion's share of crime in relation to where they live!
