The Use of an outdated law was presented to the jury with no challenges. Allowing witnesses that was established to have been lying. Coinincidently witness 40 whose story most closely resemble the officer's was proven to have not been there at all. Both sides had witnesses that is said to have been lying. The prosecutor knew this allowed them to testify anyway. Multiple law professionals has said his tactics were a sure way NOT to get.an indictment example using the info dump to overwhelm juriors. Then allowing the Officer to testify with no meaningful cross examination. By no means am I saying Michael Brown was a saint but the fact is the Officer's story defies logic and makes little sense how is there no cross examination? |
