He runs after Brown and an unarmed Brown stops turn around and with a gun pointed at him and having already been shot in the hand the unarmed Brown at more than arms distace away decides to charge officer Wilson who has a gun pointed at him.

Bizarre as it sounds, that is corroborated by the medical evidence. Unless Wilson climbed a tree there is no way some of the bullets could have entered from above as they did unless Brown was charging at Wilson, head down.
