Actually, here's the store's surveillance video, which shows Brown paying for the cigars, and it's only after the clerk has the money (you can see the clerk with Brown's cash in hand at 0:36), does there appear to be any kind of "shoving".The store owner's lawyer says no one from the store actually called the police; that was done by a customer who thought he witnessed a robbery. |
