Racial bias...lol If the races were reversed my feeling wouldn't change. Forensics back up the officer's version as a possibility of what happened not that the officers version definitely happened. He could have turned around to surrender got shot and started stumbling forward, a couple of witnesses also said he was walking forward with his hands up as in I give up you got me. I don't know for sure I wasn't there but the point is there's enough reasonable doubt in the story and the actions after.the shooting as I explained in my prev post that if the prosecutor would have tried he would have easily gotten an indictment if he wanted to. it's fairly obvious to me he didn't want an indictment so he didn't try at all to get one. |
