How/why should I know about preserving evidence? I mean, I DO know a tad... And I DO know that sometimes there's extenuating circumstances that might make evidence be tampered with, i.e..moving the car.

He wasn't shooting him because he thought he had a gun. He shot him to stop the attack. I wish you know-it-all laymen would get that right...
