I really do not like the posts that speculate on motives because unless you were actually in the person's mind you cannot know what their reasoning was. From what I have seen so far there appears to be a breakdown in proper police procedure for handling this sort of scenario, but I do not believe that all of the elements of Murder can be proven beyond a reasonable doubt based on the evidence that has been shown so far |
