Fact is, there was no "eye injury". That was concocted by a RW blogger and is thoroughly debunked. Do remember Wilson drove his evidence packed cruiser away so nothing out of that car is now admissible. You should know enough about preserving evidence.

I do not believe the account you're promoting. The only operative part of this story is that wilson kept shooting after Mr Brown shouted "I don't have a gun stop shooting me" with his hands up as best as possible. Up to that point, he was ok. He crossed the line into excessive force with those last two bullets, and it's a matter of MO law as to what happens next.
