Posted by IRTRedbirdR33 on Sun Jun 4 10:37:11 2017 Tuscarora Almanac – June 4, 1951 – The Book of Last Runs Manhattan, New York Surface Transportation Corporation First Avenue and Second Avenue are converted into one way streets. First Avenue is now northbound and Second Avenue southbound. The M-13 First Avenue bus is discontinued.
