As of 3.14.2017, the New York Times website includes a story written the previous day, "Manhattan's Other Bus Terminal, Running Years Late." Most of the article discusses the fate of the small retailers who had left the old second floor or those who planned to enter the renovated quarters, now long delayed. There is a good photo of the waiting room in a trailer on Fort Washington Avenue and another photo of the flight of stairs to departing buses. Nothing is said of the "island" (my term) being constructed in the center of the departure (third) level. As far as I can figure, the buses will loop the island, heading nose into slots on east and west sides. Probably elevators or escalators will connect this to the shopping center or street level, though one must remember that the streets rise westward from Broadway to Fort Washington Avenue.

I also point out the headline should read Station, not Terminal.
