Yes, but the prudent thing to do now rather than proceeding blindly is to determine why car travel has been slowed by 38 percent on that small segment in one direction during the peak hour BEFORE IMP,EMENTING THE REST OF THE PLAN which could further slow down travel.Interesting how you now refer to it as only "ONE PEAK HOUR" when before you were claiming that data for only ONE PEAK HOUR was all that was required since volumes are lighter at all other times. Typical inconsistencies by you. |
