THANK GOD! I hope that's true because I officialy hate O5's. They suck, finally some O7's. The minute they go into service, I'm going out to get pics. I hope they get around 75-80 of them.SIR: They sent them O5's in January and it's nice that SI is currently 90% GOH'd but about same percentage of KB's buses are rusted out, and most of the jacked up buses are from SI. The interiors have been fixed as best they could be but Last time I checked rust isn't an issue that can be easily fixed. SI should have been forced to wait in line for new buses longer. UP, Grand Av, Flatbush, KB, GH and CS all had to suffer because of SI. And while SI's fleet has improved, you have to realize the problem wasn't fixed, it was just outsourced. |
