I mean factory new. That hasn't happened for years. Every other depot in the Brooklyn Division (with the exception of FLA & pre GA) has. And since UP has clearance issues in the depot, why can't they store them outdoors like they do with their MCI's ? Speaking of MCI's, how does UP peform maintenance on their fleet ? |
