I knew this story was fake from the start.While you do have dickheads who work with us who will bitch and moan at railfans taking pictures I know that none would chase a photographer and then tell him to erase some video. When I worked the road people took pictures of me and I loved it! Buffs would come by the depot and I would talk with them and even bring in to take pictures. |

If the ATS is not reliable, it should have been implemented better or not at all. If it is reliable, then the occasional screw-up will be cheaper in the long run than a bunch of extra employees. I don't see a whole fleet of steam locomotives complete with engineers on the subway just so they can run trains in the event of a power failure. I also don't see ships carrying a team of rowers in the event that the engines fail. |
