Many don't have a clue.The guy who started this thread is just a kid so it's understandable. Jersey Mike is old enough, and been around trains long enough to know better than to make statements he's making about waste in TA. Truth is, NYCT is probably short in every title. I'll bet RCC is still asking any T/D interested in working double or RDO to call the crew office. T/O's and C/R's can probably get an RDO with no problem. |
