Posted by AMoreira81 on Fri Jun 9 09:14:21 2006 Story here from the Post via the wireLook at this blurb: DURHAM, N.C. - The second dancer in the Duke lacrosse case told police early on that allegations of rape were a "crock" and that she was with the accuser the entire evening except for a period of less than five minutes. Will that become important during the trial? (However, it is unlikely that, if true, a rape could have occurred AND be completed, and the pal not noticed anything.) In addition, I am surprised that the defense is not trying to taint Nifong's case beyond repair through the media, unless they have decided it could backfire. |

B) One of the people she accused she was only 90% sure of but said that she's be 100% if he had his moustache - which he never had. 5) She accused others of assault. 6) She has previously claimed to have been raped by 3 men before. 7) She's given conflicting testamony 8) She's been convicted of several crimes in the past. 9) Her family has acknowledged that she had a nervous breakdown less than a year ago. 10) Only one of the young men has had any previous run-ins with the law. Now, salaam, why don't you post all of the evidence that makes you believe that these young men are guilty BESIDES THE FACT THAT THESE MEN ARE WHITE! |
