I agree that there are good and bad ways to approach it. But from what he has revealed, it seems the police definitively escalated it by demanding the camcorder be turned off, and then grabbing the battery. As far as what Nilet did or didn't do, we don't know that exactly. He could have not escalated it at all or could have escalated it by certain words or actions. We would just be guessing. Similarly, you don't know how he spoke to the MNCR employee. He was only giving a summary, not a quote, AFAIK. |
