Based on his description of events, Nilet absolutely escalated this before the camcorder incident occurred. He should have politely explained to the MNCR employees that he believed photography to be legally allowed. If they still insisted on stopping him, he should have then asked to speak with a police officer or management official. If those officials still insisted that he is not allowed to engage in photography, then he should have turned the camera off and left the premises and contacted the appropriate MTA and MNCR officials after the fact to address the issue.I wish Nilet would post his video of the incident for all to see, because I suspect that we would all have a much better understanding of why he keeps getting into trouble with the police. |
