As I said, it depends on the tone of his voice just as much as the words he used. He could have said it in a way that escalated the situation. If not, you're right, he should have been entitled to an explanation. But what were they going to say, "We don't want you to have a record in case we do something wrong?"On the other hand, a record could be for their protection too. Look at all the police cars equipped with camcorders these days around the country. |
