N/Q: Just north of Canal Street, stubs for a line under Canal Street.

Roosevelt Ave / Jackson Heights, Queens: Upper level station and a 750' trackway, known as the Winfield Spur, part of the IND Second System.

Nevins Street (2/3): Stubs north of Nevins Street (upper) that led to a lower level station.

A very slight provision on the Chambers Street-bound curve between Bowery & Canal on the Nassau Street line; I forget what this was for
