For many years all that was visible S/O Hoyt St was a bellmouth since the ramp was sealed behind a false wall. I don't know when it was removed but the false wall is now gone and the entire ramp is exposed. S/O Nevins St, the IND subway passes through the up ramp from the lower level so it can not be used for any kind of service. |
