If you're talking about a northbound ramp that goes left (or used to go lef) from the Brighton track just beyond Atlantic, that's the connection to the DeKalb bypass that was removed as part of the DeKalb reconstruction. It was used by the morning Brighton Specials that stopped at Atlantic with the next stop Chambers Street.I don't know if rails were ever installed on the ramp up to the Brighton from the bypass on the southbound side.
