I can't think of any kind of viaduct that can ever be aesthetically pleasing. Some are just uglier then others.If you're starting premise is that no viaduct is more aesthetically pleasing than an viaduct, then your thought makes sense. But aesthetic sensibility has never been the sole criterion on which we judge a project's merit. |
