Pardon me for treading upon your sacred rail cars. In no way do these cars look, run or have aged better than any other cars in any other system. The latest models have unattractive interiors and I am being grown-up and kind. Have a wonderful day. PATH has never tried anything that the old BRT/BMT did in the past. They have not had any experimental cars that I am aware of, if I'm wrong, then just tell me so. NYC cars are close to my heart just as PATH cars are. The first time I rode PATH was in 1965 when those cars were new. Not better than New York's, they were a different design that was also eventually sold to another system. NYC has pretty much been custom made to their high standards. If that was the truth, the older designs wouldn't have lasted as long as they did. For my money, my heart and sentiment (because of my birthplace), I favor New Yorl. I am looking forward to riding Boston and Chicago lines for further comparisons. BRING BACK THE 3RD AVENUE EL!!!!!!!!!!!!! |
