I stayed in that dump twice when I worked for the state, the second time after filing a union grievance to no avail. This dump was one of three that New York State taxpayers put employees up when sentenced to a trip to NYC on "official bidness." The Pennsylvania, the Mildew Plaza and if your business took you to the state's offices at WTC, the lovely ALBERT "in the village."Between the three, the best chance of a night's sleep was the Albert primarily because the "contact high" from the hallways would put you to sleep. Ah well ... one dump down, two more to go. :) |
