And on the 142's, one hand grabs the handle and twists, and the other one grabs the tip of the handle to make sure it doesn't twist back. Whichever way I grab and twist, the pressure tires out the point it is pressing against, and I want to let up on it. If I turn it counterclockwise, which is the way the right hand wants to turn when reaching from the right, then, it presses into the left side of my palm, which I then want to lift up, which could allow it to twist back into the dead man position. I end up sticking my other thumb under to the right side of the handlt to give my palm a break. So I find it is actually a bit more comfortable to then rotate clockwise instead, but then that is twisting my wrist, which wants to turn counterclockwise.
So the far right position like the 143 and 160 is actually more ergonomically correct, and except from my fingers getting a bit tired from clenching around the stick, it is perfect. OF course, it is not good for lefties, and even righties like being able to change hands. But I fins using my left hand is somewhat awkward. And of course, it has the same discomfort as the right, but in reverse.
Again, perhaps the best solution would be two controllers on ether side, with their own keyholes. Whichever one you activate is the one you use.
