Ok then, so were is your source that refutes this cliam?The "merchants along Jamaica Av" who were pressing for the El to come down was Macy's. They abandoned Jamaica two weeks after El service stopped. The small merchants along Jamaica Ave knew many of their customers used the El and wanted it to stay. |
