Much have what he built never would have gotten done had he not lived, would have been built years later, and much of it would have been scaled down and we would be worse off today if that were the case Like? There is no proof that if the money he spent on roads would have been spent on transit if he were not so powerful. In fact much of the funding that went into building his roads and parks would have gone to cities other than New York There's no proof of the converse of the former, and no proof of the latter. |
