Just watched the building of the Hoover Dam on the History Channel. An amazing accomplishment. The builder was given a deadline of seven years to finish. He completed it in five. I wonder how much more difficult phase 2 of the SAS is, if it is even more difficult at all.The Dam couldn't be built today in five years because of a greater concern for worker safety. Still can't see who two miles should take eight to ten years. |
