The FIRST photo is IRT 3rd Ave EL ex-BMT QX Motor Car # 1634-A (NOT 1632) and is seen stored along the track on the east wall side of the IRT E.239th Street Shops. QX Motor Car 1634-A was a backup Revenue Collection Car to relieve the 1878 built IRT EL revenue Collection control-trailer Car "G" .

Thanks you for the QC car number correction, my eyes get tired as the day drags on.

What can you tell us about the Fordham Rd image that looks like it was taken from a tower ? The northbound track swerves to the left and there are ties left with no rails. Was the the Bronx Park spur leads ?
