Hello Bill

I have been on FB for over a year and I get no spam on my email -- but you can set up a throw-away Yahoo (or other) email acct. to use just for facebook.

I set it to be a "Public View" and can be viewed by guests ! I see it is "public" and I can see it myself without me being signed in to facebook. I tried that !

You open the (my F/B) page -- and a popup asks you to join up or sign in to Facebook. Below that it shows "NOT NOW " -- click on " NOT NOW "and the page and photos immediately opens up fully to view to you as a "guest".

Re: your photo -- trolley tracks under the EL still visible -not paved over yet - I would mark it between 1949 and 1954 and those MUDC's are still doing Manhattan Service. The uncovered El style 3rd rail still has its higher wooden safety backboard ! View looking south at S. end of E. 210St Local Station.

When the Q's and MUDC's were in center track dead storage layup all thru 1957 -- the center tracks they were on got dull and rusted as the trains did not move on them in dead storage.

Those center track rails seen here in your photo are in regular and polished use - and with 5 car layup trains. The Bronx only 3rd Ave EL by and after Fri. 5-13-1955, used 6 car Q's and 6 car MUDC's - and 6 car all-motor Steinways from 12-16-1956 until the 1961-2 period when they went to 5 car trains (Low-V mid train trailer)

Regards - Joe F !
