You'd think they had to have something to do with buses, whether as drivers, dispatchers, mechanics, or supervisors of them. Why would management unrelated to buses be under MaBSTOA? To avoid civil-service hiring procedures? Are there actually people dealing with the subway who are paid by MaBSTOA? |
