As you doubtless know, there were also managers in OP who were on the MSBA (LI Bus) payroll and although I’m not sure there may have even been some who were direct MTA employees and not employees of any of the constituent agencies. Similar interagency swaps took place regarding SIR (SIRTOA) which has a good number of NYCT managers in its administration. |
