Posted by Lou from Brooklyn on Wed Jan 15 15:18:27 2020 Metrocard experts, from what I can tell from MTA.INFO if my card expired 12/31/19 the booth can still transfer the money to a new card?Well not at Kings Hwy on the Brighton, refused and gave me the dreaded envelope. Would not listen to me just said he couldn't do anything. (He also made me wait while he wiped down every surface in the booth, must have just started his shift but he was logged in to the computer. I waited patiently did not make any issue over that) So am I correct or am I mailing this thing in and waiting for the wheels of the bureaucracy to turn? TIA |
