If you're going to mail it, mail it quickly. Also, double-check to make sure your card still shows the money left over.I encountered the exact same scenario, but I waited a few months to mail it. Before I mailed it, I checked the card at a station. It said the card was an "unlimited" (I don't use unlimiteds) with no sign of the money that was on it. I mailed it anyway, and of course, I got nothing back. |
