The transfer routine works for cards with value on them, if it's time that may be a problem.It sounds like there was some kind of error on the card that prevented the MVM from transferring the value, because I do it all the time, i.e. I put in a expired card with zero money left & it still gives me a new card w/out the $1 fee. |
