Nah, upper management was too lazy/busy to check/deal with extenuating circumstances.Edict comes from higher-ups to send letters. Low level employee: "But what if someone else owns the wall?" Employee's manager: "Just send the letters, let the administrators and politicians deal with it. We're not paid enough to think." |
