How are they going to shoehorn this operation in and around NY&A freight, and where they are using one of the two tracks as a linear yard ?Money better spent adding a 3rd track to the Jamaica El so that it wouldn't be such a schlep, and then maybe the RBB off the Queens Blvd line. |
