Speaking of South Ferry, it looks like they repeated the mistake again and sealed up the connection between the old and new #1 stations.Nothing a few swings of a sledgehammer can't handle if the need arises. I suspect it's just a single layer of cinder blocks with tile, an only on the "new" end of the tunnel. That said, allowing it as a walkway to get to the inside of the ferry terminal would have been nice. |
